For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchased sizes or designs, we'll gladly accept the exchange of full-priced items within 3 days upon your receiving date based on the criterias as below. Appreciate if you can email us email@example.com earlier for clarification before returning the online purchased items. However two way postages have to be borne by buyers.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and accompanied by an original Le Zone receipt, online comfirmation receipt/ online packing list. Items must not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged. We will not accept returns of custom-made or items categorised as Final Sale Items.
--> Any merchandise purchased at a discounted price of above 30% or Best Buy items. --> Any merchandise that has been altered, custom made, worn, washed, or damaged.
--> For reasons of hygiene, earrings, necklace, underwear, girdle, camisole and nude bras are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs incurred due to this EXCHANGE. Buyer has to bank in a FLAT RATE POSTAGE before the new exchange item can be shipped out from us. Please enclose both your packing slip and the items you wish to return in your package and then ship it to the address listed below:

Once the returned items are received, checked and accepted in conditions, you will be notified by our customer service team through email and proceed to ship out your new preferred exchange item.
