For In-Store Purchases
For purchase made in LE ZONE stores, if you are not satisfied with the size/ color/ style, we'll gladly accept the exchange of REGULAR PRICE ITEMS within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Sale items, intimates, accessories or items have been worned, washed, altered, perfumed are not accepted for return.
- If the desired size or colour is no longer available at the store, you may choose to return your item, we will issue you a credit note instead, equivalent to the return item value, with 1 year validity. Cash refunds are not provided for returns, strictly in credit terms.
- Please note that all exchanges are final, exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
- Exchange can be made at any of our stores regardless of which store you purchased from, your purchase receipt must be presented to the cashier during exchange. FIND OUR STORE.
For Online Purchases
Return Item must be reached us in 14 days from the delivery date. We accept REGULAR PRICE ITEM only in their original condition, WITH PRICETAG INTACT.
- Exclude orders made with promotional code, sale items, intimates, accessories eg. jewellery, leggings, belts. Return items have been worned, washed, altered, perfumed will be rejected. We reserve the right to reject any returns that doesn't fulfil our return policy.
- Once your return has been processed and accepted, you will be emailed an ONLINE CREDIT VOUCHER code equivalent to the purchased price of each return item(s), valid for a year. Cash refunds are not provided for returns, strictly in credit terms.
- You may exchange for size or color in any of our stores, however exchange to different styles will require reorder from website with the ONLINE CREDIT VOUCHER code provided to you.
