Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our courier service, estimated time of arrival will be 1-7 working days. Delay of delivery may be informed if there is a preorder needed.

Tracking number will be provided by email once we have send out your parcel. You may pick up your parcel from your nearest Courier branch if fail to deliver or call them to arrange a second attempt delivery.
