退货退款政策
In-Store Purchases
 
Purchase made at LE ZONE SIGNATURE stores, you may return your goods with price tag intact and in good condition within 14 days from the date of receipt with the condition below:
  • Sale items, intimates, accessories OR normal price items which have been worn, washed, altered, or perfumed will NOT BE ACCEPTED for return or refund. Items should be checked by customers upon making payment.
  • Bear in mind that you are only allowed to do EXCHANGE ONCE. Any further disputes will not be entertained. 
  • Exchange can be made at any of our stores regardless of which store you purchased from with the purchase receipt presented. FIND OUR STORE.
  • In any circumstances, cash refund is prohibited, and strictly in credit terms.
  • We reserve the right and final decision to reject any returns that doesn't fulfil our return policy.


Online Purchases
 
Online purchases with LE ZONE SIGNATURE, you may return your goods with price tag intact and in good condition within 14 days from the date of receipt with the condition below:
  • Orders with promotional code, sale items, intimates, accessories eg. jewellery, leggings, belts are NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. 
  • Normal price items which have been worn, washed, altered, or perfumed will NOT BE ACCEPTED for return or refund.
  • You will be notified by email once your return items are inspected and accepted. An ONLINE CREDIT VOUCHER code equivalent to the purchased price of each return item(s) will be emailed which is valid for a year.  
  • In any circumstances, cash refund is prohibited, and strictly in credit terms.
In the event of out of stock circumstances, we will contact you and propose to exchange for the items of the same value or higher. You may opt to refund but strictly in credit terms.

In the case of cancellation by you after making payment for certain products or services, we will ONLY processed your refund in credit which will NOT INLCLUDE POSTAGE FEE incurred if any.


Please contact us for wrongly delivered item(s). We will liaise with you on the exchange or refund but in credit terms.
 

Choose your preferred return channel for in-store or online purchase:

1. Completed return form together in a parcel. Drop your parcel off at cashier at one of our stores.

2. Post via CollectCo: RM7.00 per parcel
  • Search for your nearest CollectCo points by landmark, keywords, street name, or postcode: SEARCH NOW
  • Print your Collectco Label here: PRINT HERE, after payment via credit card or online transfer.
  • Attach your CollectCo Label & Drop off your Parcel at your most convenient CollectCo point.
